Built for day one

No more guessing, no more feeling lost. Whether you've never set foot on the mats or tried one class and felt overwhelmed — this is built for you.

The system

A step-by-step system built for first-timers

Most gyms throw beginners into mixed classes and hope they survive. We built a system instead.

01

A proven 6-month roadmap

The 13 essential positions every grappler must know — the real foundations of jiu-jitsu, taught in the order that makes sense.

02

Weekly coach check-ins

You're not doing this alone. We make sure you're improving — and if you ever feel stuck, we fix it.

03

Beginner-only classes

Most gyms throw beginners into mixed classes and hope they survive. You start with people at your level, on a curriculum designed for day one.

04

No experience needed

You don't need to be fit. You don't need to be flexible. You just need to start.

FAQ

First-timer questions

Do I need to be fit before I start?+

No. You don't need to be fit, strong or flexible to start jiu-jitsu — training is how you get there. Every class scales to your level.

What do I wear to my first class?+

Shorts and a shirt, or a rashguard if you have one — no Gi needed. Bring a water bottle and trim your nails. See "Your first class" on How it works for the rest.

I've never done any martial arts. Is that a problem?+

Not at all — most of our members started exactly there. Our beginner program is a step-by-step system built specifically for first-timers.

What's the difference between Gi and No-Gi?+

The uniform, and the pace. In No-Gi you wear a rash guard and shorts, movement is more explosive, and there are no cloth grips. We run full programs in both — and we encourage you to train both.

Is jiu-jitsu safe?+

Jiu-jitsu is the safest of the martial arts — there's no striking, and everything is taught with control. We have clear rules and hygiene standards to keep it that way.

Can I train at other gyms too?+

Yes — we encourage cross-training and offer memberships that make it easy. Visitors from other clubs are always welcome to drop in.
