Gi. No-Gi. Wrestling.
Two specialised disciplines and a wrestling program to round you out. Designed for every level — complete beginner to seasoned competitor.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Our Gi program is led by Raphael Rodrigues, black belt under Andre Galvao. Whether you're chasing competition or just want to learn the world's most technical martial art, the curriculum meets you at your level and keeps pace with the modern game.

No-Gi · ADCC Grappling
The whole No-Gi program is coordinated by head coach Keller Locke-Sodhi — 2019 ADCC Oceania Trials Champion and Worlds competitor. Evening classes plus Tuesday and Thursday lunchtimes, with a modern, competition-tested approach.

Wrestling
Wrestling classes tuned for grappling rule sets — takedowns, positioning and pressure that translate straight to your jiu-jitsu, taught by coaches with international mat time.
Pricing
Unlimited training across every adult program — Gi, No-Gi and wrestling included.

Common questions
Do I need to be fit before I start?+
No. You don't need to be fit, strong or flexible to start jiu-jitsu — training is how you get there. Every class scales to your level.
What do I wear to my first class?+
Shorts and a shirt, or a rashguard if you have one — no Gi needed. Bring a water bottle and trim your nails. See "Your first class" on How it works for the rest.
I've never done any martial arts. Is that a problem?+
Not at all — most of our members started exactly there. Our beginner program is a step-by-step system built specifically for first-timers.
What's the difference between Gi and No-Gi?+
The uniform, and the pace. In No-Gi you wear a rash guard and shorts, movement is more explosive, and there are no cloth grips. We run full programs in both — and we encourage you to train both.
Is jiu-jitsu safe?+
Jiu-jitsu is the safest of the martial arts — there's no striking, and everything is taught with control. We have clear rules and hygiene standards to keep it that way.
Can I train at other gyms too?+
Yes — we encourage cross-training and offer memberships that make it easy. Visitors from other clubs are always welcome to drop in.
